CleanPowerSF is enabled by the following ordinances of the City and County of San Francisco.
No. 86-04 directs the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) and San Francisco Environment (SFE) to develop a Draft Implementation Plan and then a Draft Request for Proposals.
No. 146-07 adopts the CCA governance structuring and asks San Francisco’s Local Agency Formation Commission to monitor the program’s implementation.
No. 147-07 adopts a CCA Draft Implementation Plan, Program Description and Bond Revenue Plan.
