In accordance with AB117, CleanPowerSF is required to register with the California Public Utilities Commission. The CPUC has established an informal review process whereby a CCA submits a registration packet with critical identification information that demonstrates financial and technical capability to deliver electric service.
CleanPowerSF became a registered CCA on May 28, 2010.
