Tasks 1 & 2 addresses the theoretical, technical, and economic potential for renewable energy resource development in the City and County of San Francisco.
Task 3 addresses the levelized costs of renewable energy resources located beyond the jurisdictional boundaries of the City and County of San Francisco.
Task 4 analyzes the cost of electricity associated with various portfolio options that could be utilized to serve the customer load of CleanPowerSF.
Task 5 makes recommendations based on the previous reports about improving program success for CleanPowerSF.
