SAN FRANCISCO (January 13, 2011)— The San Francisco Local Agency Formation Commission (SF LAFCo) announced today a call for submissions to its CleanPowerSF Photo Contest, an SF-wide effort to promote the new state-approved green energy program planned for launch in San Francisco in late 2011. The contest is open to all who live or work in SF. “CleanPowerSF” is a groundbreaking program that will advance San Francisco’s ambitious green energy goals. “This photo contest is a fun way for San Franciscans who are passionate about green energy and a cleaner environment to help raise awareness for the program” said Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi, Chair of LAFCo. click to read the entire release
