Tuesday, May 9, 2023 – 1:30 PM, to be held in City Hall, Room 400, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA 94102, at a Regular Meeting of the SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION: Public Hearing, discussion, and possible action to adopt the proposed CleanPowerSF (Community Choice Aggregation program) electric rates and charges for electric customers of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. The resolution to be presented for consideration at these hearings is:
Proposal to adopt CleanPowerSF rates and charges for FY 2023-24
Proposal for a delegated authority to the General Manager to adopt a new CleanPowerSF rate schedule using a new rate schedule methodology when PG&E opens a new rate schedule to customers
If approved, the new rates and charges would take effect July 1, 2023. Copies of the reports detailing these proposed rates and charges can be found online at www.sfpuc.org/rates or by calling (415) 554-3165. Current CleanPowerSF customer rates (effective July 1, 2022) can be viewed at: cleanpowersf.org/rates.
