Do you own or represent ownership of affordable housing and want to know what it would take to fully electrify your building? Have you wondered if your building’s gas systems can be replaced by an electric alternative without upsizing the existing electrical service to your building? Are you starting to think about a renovation project in 5, even 10, years from now and want to get a head-start on understanding the cost implications of electrifying your building’s gas systems?

¿Quién puede presentar una solicitud?
Para poder optar a ello, debes cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
You are an affordable housing building owner (or authorized representative of an owner) or an affordable housing organization.
Your affordable housing building has 5 or more units and is served by CleanPowerSF and/or Hetch Hetchy Power.
75% or more of the residential units are designated as affordable.

The program offers, on a first come, first served basis:
An on-site electrification and energy efficiency audit by an energy engineering professional.
A custom-tailored electrification strategy document summarizing customized electrification strategies and energy efficiency opportunities.
Referrals to third-party programs for potential financial assistance.
Free technical assistance and application assistance for third party programs.
