Every spring and fall, California utility customers receive credits on their electric and natural gas bills. Funding for the credit comes from California’s cap and trade emissions program to address climate change.
Bill Relief Coming to CleanPowerSF Customers
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the SFPUC secured $10.9 million in federal and state funding to provide emergency financial assistance for customers to help pay their utility bills.
