EV Charging Initiatives

EV Charge SF is designed to help CleanPowerSF and Hetch Hetchy customers finance Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in San Francisco. Get a $1,000 coupon on a new e-bike and start riding smarter, saving time and money while supporting a cleaner environment. Other Incentives & Rebates

  • The Driving Clean Assistance Program (DCAP) helps you get a clean-air vehicle through two options that include non-repayable, upfront down-payment grants paid directly to dealerships, plus financial coaching and access to fair financing.

  • The Bay Area Air Quality Management District is offering up to $9500 for low-income customers in specific communities to retire their older car and replace it with a hybrid, plug-in hybrid, battery, or hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle. Only San Franciscans in certain zip codes are eligible. Check if you are eligible for Clean Cars 4 All.
