As a SuperGreen customer, you’re helping San Francisco transition to clean energy. This label shows how CleanPowerSF plans to deliver 100% renewable electricity to your home or business in 2026. Thank you for helping to create a more resilient energy future. 

2026 Prospective Product Content Label*

SuperGreen covers 100% of your annual electricity usage. A percentage of this product’s renewable content, listed below, is satisfied by renewable portfolio standard (RPS) state-mandated renewables that also meet Green-e® Energy certification requirements. CleanPowerSF is required to provide all customers virtually 50% renewables under the State’s RPS rules. 100% of the product’s renewable electricity content is Green-e® Energy certified. In 2026, SuperGreen will be made up of the following new renewable resources averaged annually.

* These figures reflect the renewables that we have contracted to provide. Actual figures may vary according to resource availability. We will annually report to you before October 1 of next year in the form of an Historical Product Content Label with the actual resource mix of the electricity you purchased.

** New renewables come from generation facilities that first began commercial operation within the past 15 years.

For comparison, the current average mix of resources supplying California includes: Eligible Renewables 45%, Coal 2%, Nuclear 11%, Natural Gas 10%, Hydroelectric 10%, and Unspecified Power 22%. This resource mix was estimated by the California Energy Commission based on the electricity sold to California consumer during 2024.
