With our Budget Billing program, you can enjoy predictable and stable electricity bills each month.
Overview
Budget billing allows you to pay your energy costs across equal monthly payments. On this plan, you’ll pay an average cost across 12-months of usage, meaning your bill will stay relatively the same each month. Your energy usage can change for a variety of reasons, such as using heaters to warm your home during the winter.

How it Works
We calculate a Budget Billing amount for your CleanPowerSF generation charges.
We update this number every month based on a rolling average of how much energy you use.
Smaller, more frequent adjustments will help you avoid big changes in your bill.
Budget Billing For Your Entire Bill
Our Budget Billing program applies to the generation charges of your electricity bill. PG&E manages the delivery part of your bill. Ithas a separate Budget Billing program.
Enroll in PG&E’s Budget Billing Program, and you’ll be automatically enrolled into CleanPowerSF’s program.
