The CleanPowerSF/PG&E bill is in your name.
You live at the address where the discount will be received.
Another person (besides your spouse) can't claim you as a dependent on an income tax return.
Your total combined household gross income does not exceed the following income guidelines:

*FERA (Family Electric Rates Assistance) and CARE (California Alternate Rates for Energy) are two state
programs available to CleanPowerSF customers through their PG&E bill. FERA customers could get an 18%
monthly discount, and CARE customers could get a 30-35% monthly discount.
What you should bring to the event:
Bring your CleanPowerSF/PG&E electricity bill to the event.
Check your latest bill and make sure you’re not already enrolled in CARE/FERA. There will be language support for Spanish and Cantonese at each event. Free printing is available at San Francisco Public Libraries.
