We’re Here To Help With Your Overdue Electricity Bill

If you received a notice in the mail, our records indicate that your electricity bill is overdue. If you are behind on your payments, take action by July 1 to stay with CleanPowerSF and avoid returning to PG&E’s higher rates.

1) PAY OFF YOUR BILL

You can make a payment online or by phone. Contact PG&E at 1-800-743-5000 or pge.com/paymybill.

2) ENROLL IN A PAYMENT PLAN

Need more time to pay? There are several options available:

  • Installments allow you to spread your current balance over several months for up to 12 installments.

  • Extension lets you pay the entire amount at a later date. Simply input the date on which you want to pay the full amount.

  • Arrearage Management Plan (AMP) is a payment plan program available to customers with overdue energy bills who are enrolled in the CARE or FERA assistance programs. AMP forgives your overdue electricity and gas bill debt (up to $8,000) as you make on-time monthly payments on your current energy bill. You must be enrolled in CARE or FERA to qualify so review the CARE and FERA enrollment guidelines if you are not already signed up!

Contact PG&E to enroll and learn more about all payment options.
